Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, room temperature

  • 8 oz imperial sharp cheese, room temperature (cold packed)

  • Dash of salt

  • 1/4 tsp. tabasco sauce or cayenne pepper

  • 1/4 tsp. worcestershire sauce

  • 1 and 1/2 cups flour

  • 4 cups Rice Krispies

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line two cookies with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, cream the butter and imperial cheese together. Add salt, cayenne and worcestershire sauce. Beat together.

Add the flour and Rice Krispies, fold into the mixture.

With your hands or a small scoop, form round balls and place apart on parchment paper lined sheets. Press down with a fork. These cookies do spread while cooking, so space accordingly.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
